The study includes research approach analytical indicators of quality standards and aspects and changes affecting the education of the economic, social and cultural values​​, information and technology and policy that can be adopted to evaluate the axes of the educational process in the institutions within the indicators reached by the study comparing realistic estimates and estimates desired that these indicators can be employed to judge the qualityeducation institutions in order to improve and develop and recite, findings of this study need to put these standards into the actual application for use in evaluating the quality of the Iraqi educational institutions in the future.
