Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

   Knew the  ancient  society in Iraq, the presence of the religious side which to a large degree, to the extent that it was a religious institution is the source of governance and leadership, then the evolution of this system to the rule of the political establishment, and that when he became King is the de facto ruler.
     And the need to understand the important aspect of the civilization of Iraq, and to answer the important question: the goal that was it for the gods and temples sanctity and reverence divorced or not? The subject of this research; to discuss the issue of the violation of the sanctity of temples in ancient Iraq, the statement of reasons and motives, and to study how violated, then access to the most prominent consequences of this act.
    The research on this subject is very important, so as to know how deep and entrenched religious beliefs in the actions of political power, whether of ancient Iraq, or that it came by repeated invasions.
     Search section to three paragraphs before the boot, namely:
Introduction: About temples in ancient Iraq
First: cases of desecration of temples in ancient Iraq.
Second: the reasons for cases of violation.
Third: the most prominent consequences of cases of violation.
  The table has been prepared at the end of the research included the most prominent cases of violation, and carried out, and temples that draws its violation.
