الكمالية العصابية وعلاقتها بالتوجه نحو التدين (الجوهري-الظاهري) لدى المعلمين

الملخص

استهدف البحث الحالي تعّرف العلاقة بين الكمالية العصابية والتوجه نحو الدين (الجوهري – الظاهري) لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية ، وتعرف مستوى كل من هذه المتغيرات لديهم ، وتكونت عينة البحث من(133) معلم ومعلمة بواقع(36) ذكور و(97) اناث من العاملين في المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية النهارية التابعة الى مديرية تربية واسط ، ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث استخدم الباحث اداتان للقياس : الاولى لقياس الكمالية العصابية ، اذ تبنى الباحث مقياس الكمال ذو العوامل الثلاث الكبرى لـ (سمث واخرون ، 2016) الشكل المختصر (BTPS-SF) ومكون من (16) فقرة ، والاداة الثانية مقياس التوجه نحو الدين (الجوهري-الظاهري) الذي اعده (الاعرجي ، 2007) الذي مكون من (38) فقرة تقيس التوجه الديني بفرعيه ، واستخدم الباحث عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية من خلال برنامج (SPSS) كان من اهمها اختبار (t-test) لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين و معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، وتوصل الباحث الى عدة نتائج اهمها : عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الكمالية العصابية والتوجه الديني الجوهري ، في حين وجدت علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الكمالية العصابية والتوجه الديني الظاهري ، وكذلك امتلاك المعلمين الكمالية العصابية بمستوى عال ، ووجود مستوى عال بالتوجه الديني الجوهري لديهم ، كما اظهرت النتائج تفوق الذكور على الاناث في التوجه الديني الظاهري وبدلالة احصائية ، وفي ضوء النتائج وضع الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
