دور الثقافة التنظيمية في ممارسات ادارة المعرفة للهيئات التدريسية في جامعة سومر: دراسة تحليلية

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الثقافة التنظيمية في جامعة سومر وممارسات ادارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة لملائمتها لها, اعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات الاستبانة كأداة اساسية في الدراسة. تم تطبيق هذه الاستبانة على عينة بلغت (60) من اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة سومر, تم اختيار العينة بأسلوب عشوائي, عبر تقنية (Google Drive) بشكل الكتروني من خلال رابط تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية:
- أن مستوى إدارة المعرفة في جامعة سومر كما يراها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية أيضاً حلت بمستوى منخفض, بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.53) وبانحراف معياري مقداره (0.63), وهذا يؤشر الى ضعف ممارسات ادارة المعرفة في الجامعة.
- أن الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في جامعة سومر كما يراها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كانت بمستوى متوسط, ويظهر ذلك من خلال نتائج المتوسط الحسابي الكلي بلغ (1.64) وانحراف معياري (0.72).
