الملخص

تعد هذه الدراسة من المبادرات الهادفة إلى تقديم إطار فكري لمفهوم التعلم بالممارسة، كأحد المداخل الحديثة لتطوير الأداء الفردي، الجماعي، والتنظيمي، كما تهدف إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لنشر ثقافة التعلم بالممارسة كمدخل لتطوير الأداء في تعليم التشكيل الفني. وتطرقت الدراسة الى مفهوم التعلم بالممارسة، واستعراض بعض النظريات التي تناولت تطبيق التعلم بالممارسة، وبالأخص في تعليم التشكيل الفني ، وخلص المبحث إلى تقديم مجموعة الدروس المستفادة من تلك التجارب والدراسات، وأهم نتائج الدراسة، ومنها أن التعلم بالممارسة يمثل أحد أهم المداخل التطويرية التي تستخدمها المنظمات في العصر الحديث لمواجهة التحديات وحل المشكلات المعقدة وتطوير مهارات الأفراد، وإدارة المعرفة بين أفراد التنظيم وأقسامه، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه تم استخدام التعلم بالممارسة على نطاق واسع في تعليم التشكيل الفني في تحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية، ولمواجهة التحديات، وكذلك في ممارسة وظائفها المختلفة.
