Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the extent to which Arabic language teachers in the middle stage possess 21st-century skills. To accomplish the study objectives, a descriptive approach was adopted by the researcher. The study involved a sample of 100 Arabic language teachers and schools in the middle stage. In order to assess these skills, the researcher constructed a scale of 21st-century skills, drawing upon educational and psychological literature as a foundation. The psychometric properties of the scale, including content and construct validity, as well as internal consistency reliability, were assessed using Cronbach's alpha. The study produced various findings, indicating the existence of 21st-century skills among Arabic language teachers in the middle stage. Additionally, the results indicated that there was no significant difference between male and female Arabic language teachers in the middle stage.
