Abstract

The problem of the research is in the need to find out the obstacles and difficulties that face woman to reach the leadership positions in the community through their point of view . The case of women's empowerment is clearly increased in some societies that limited the role of women just in childbearing and household affairs management . The problem become more complex especially in the Iraqi law which is equal between the man and women in the right and duties . The importance of research comes from the importance of the role that woman play in organization and her effective role in the society improvement , the current study aim to know the obstacles of Iraqi women's empowerment to practice the leadership role in social organizations , and what is the role that she must do in the societal , political , and economic changes and especially today the woman is becoming a big part of the society  even exceeding half of  the community , which need a real interest in the role that she do it in order to improve and development the community by develop the skills and abilities of the educational women in all the fields of social and scientific life , all of this didn’t complete except by synergies the government , after that know the most important conclusions that reached by this analytical and social approach.
