Translating Political Cartoons: Revision through Crowdsourcing in Light of Game Theory

المستخلص:
لم يقتصر تأثير تطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة على ممارسة الترجمة وحسب بل على الدراسات الترجمية التي بدورها أثرت على التنظير في الترجمة. ويدعو هذا بوضوح الى ضرورة تحديث نظريات الترجمة وتبني نظريات من ميادين المعرفة الأخرى متى ما كان هذا مجديا. تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية التعامل مع الترجمة على انها ميدان معرفي قابل للتداخل مع الفروع الأخرى بطبيعته وذلك بتبنيها نظرية الألعاب في علم الرياضيات. أن هذا البحث ليس نداء للتعمق بالتعامل مع النصوص من خلال الترجمة السيمائية للكاريكاتير السياسي فحسب وانما ايضا للتعمق بالتعامل مع المترجمين من خلال إتاحة المجال لهم للعمل سويا والتعاون في منصة الكترونية واحدة تحت ظل قوانين النظرية المتبناة وممارسة عمليات ترجمية أخرى كالتنقيح والمراجعة. اثبتت النتائج تجريبيا أن النظرية تتوافق الى حد كبير بصفاتها وقواعدها مع عملية حشد المصادر وان استخدام هذه العملية اعطى نتائج أفضل فيما يخص الترجمة او على الأقل فيما يخص النصوص المستخدمة في هذه التجربة.
